8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Nova OS is a business-to-business platform designed for use by school administrators and adult family members. Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
All interactions through our platform occur between school staff and adult family members (parents, guardians, or other authorized contacts). While inquiry data may reference a child (e.g., a student’s name, grade level, or age for admissions purposes), this information is provided by the child’s parent or legal guardian — not by the child.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us at support@nvos.ai.
